When connected to FICS, the mainboard starts to display players names as the console scrolls information, and there's no way to stop it. When trying to swtich to other tabs, such as the seek graph or console tab, it only last a few seconds before the interface switches back to the mainboard.

This is caused by the FICS variables gin, pin and/or availinfo being set. The most likely culprit is pychess, which alters these variables without the user's consent. Future versions of eboard, if any, will reset at least gin to 0 upon login.
