Communication is a very important part of the project. It is not required, but I would hope that everyone would check back at this website once a day to make sure we are all on the same page. Also, we should trade email addresses, AIM, MSN, Yahoo, or whatever we all agree on that could be a better way of contacting each other. Also, if you could post a general timeframe of when you would be online and your timezone. Email me with any questions. I hope this is the start of a very successful project!

I agree with you that it is important to communicate, but the only chat client I have is skype. If someone is interested to contact me, search for me with the nick: cbethax I don't like communicating through email and that's why I am not going to give mine. I hope we understand each other and make a successful project. I am free between 9AM - 12AM and 7PM - 11PM. My timezone is GMT +2

That is fine. As for me, I am available usually 12:00PM to around 6:00PM GMT -6. I think these forums our going to be our main way of communicating, but just in case we need quicker help, it doesn't hurt to have a few more ways of communicating. As soon as all of our developers post in here, I think we will start planning on the main structure of our project (such as file structure and directories). We will try to follow an MVC design pattern for our project to ensure ease of usability and updating. If any of you have any suggestions, post them in here.
