Dear Marcus, We've discussed this issue internally for a long time. As SMTP is a "not-so-reliable" protocol (since there is an intermediate agent, mail server, which is difficult to control), ebMail currently does not support reliable messaging. Would you mind telling us more about your intended usage of ebXML in your project? May be we could provide a better solution (like Hermes, an ebXML message gateway that supports reliable messaging) for you.
