After roughly 10 years of passive tinkering, I'm pleased to announce a 1.0 release of EBLA: https://sourceforge.net/projects/ebla/files/EBLA/1.0/
The primary enhancement is that EBLA now utilizes the embedded H2 database rather than PostgreSQL. This greatly simplifies the procedure to get up and running.
Other enhancements include support for Java 1.7 conventions and a more robust UI.
A more detailed change log from 0.7.1 follows below. Note that the 0.8 and 0.9 releases were just CVS code commits and there were no new JAR files released for those versions.
