#8 Return Record Creation Unknown
The return record creation date is given by MH Health, but the user is never shown this date. When attempting to review reconciliation, the user does not know what to enter. Can be solved by giving a list of valid return record dates, OR displaying the return record date when reading the reconciliation file, OR both.
Added a combo box that lists all valid reconciliation dates. This is used to select the date instead of having to type it in. NOT tested with a large number of reconciliation files - the number of items in the combo box may need to be limited.
