Hi Phil, What version of Ebib are you using? If I add a keyword, the options are active (though for some reason the keyword is not displayed with the error face). But I use a single keywords file, so perhaps there's some bug when using per-directory keyword files. It might be a few days before I can actually look into your problem, but what happens when you use the key shortcut `K S` to save the keywords (i.e., capital K followed by capital S)? Does at least that work?
