A Learning Resource: Simple to use web browser for the learner or beginner programmer. Still in development, it can be used upon the windows platform only. Developed in VB Express 2008, as a beginning programming session.

Update: As of 19 Feb 2019, this project will not be supported, it has not been updated with any fixes and remains vulnerable, that being said, it will remain here so you can download it for educational use, template use, beginners programming for youngsters use etc.. Use at own discretion.
