#117 Wizard doesn't function correctly after adding module

I created a brand new java project in Eclipse 2.1.0 and
then added Easy Struts support.

Next, I added five modules.

In the Easy Struts config file tree (in the pane with
Tasks/Search/Console/etc.) I then right-clicked on one
of the new projects and selected Wizard|Action and
Form. Instead of the correct wizard appearing, the
wizard for adding Struts support appeared. I tried this
several times and with different wizards.

Eventually I quit Eclipse and then restarted it. Once I
did this, the wizards functioned correctly.
