#21 Update site not working

Link for use by Update Manager not working. Eclipse
gives the following error when attempting to connect.

Network connection problems encountered during search.
Unable to access
"http://easysql.sourceforge.net/updatesite/".
Error parsing site stream. [White spaces are
required between publicId and systemId.]
