This makes EasySOAP++ compile with gcc4...

Well, actually, gcc4 has a bug: 
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=25950 which prevents one of the 
tests from compiling. I didn't fix that.

And yes, these changes are C++ standard compliant.
