#4 Copyrighting

Hello,

I have a customer issue from a developer that has created an application using your smpp software. He has created a application which is using your dll, and has attempted to copyright the application. I don't believe that the developer can create a copyright of your software, using your dll's. I would like to speak to you to clarify this situation, and if possible have the developer stop and have his copyright nullified.
