Which version of easyrec are you running? Did you upgrade lately? Did you try tracing the call to easyrec to see if recommendations are returned? Were other changes made to your site that might affect the script, such as added/changed javascript code with side effects?

1) I didnt update easyrec version because i use http://easyrec.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php?title=JavaScript_API_v0.98.
2) I traced regular calls for recommendeditems. Easyrec server returning standart json array whitch contains field recommendeditems as null instead of array.
3) There was no side effects changes on this site.

Does that persistently happen when you are logged in, logged out, or logged in as a different user than the first time?
Please have a look at the administration Interface. Navigate to Management -> Items & Rules. Check the has_rules box and select OTHER_USERS_ALSO_VIEWED. Are there any items with such rules? Find the item you are having problems with. Does it have rules? (click on the item and change to tab 'rules'). If you see items there, remember the name of one and search for it in the Items&Rules list view. Is it enabled? If, no, try another one. If you find no enabled items this way, enable one of the disabled ones and check if you get that one as recommendation now. Did that work? If yes, all items recommended for the item you have problems with have been disabled.
Please have a look a the server logs, which should be in your application servers log directory - do you see exceptions there when you request recommendations? If yes, please post them here.
