#163 again Rcpp conflict in lazynut.bat

at both r1401 abd r1402 we are back to the Rcpp conflict that manifests itself by not being able to run more than one lazynut at a time.

errror I get:

Error: function 'dataptr' not provided by package 'Rcpp'
In addition: Warning message:
In library(package, lib.loc = lib.loc, character.only = TRUE, logical.return = TRUE, :
there is no package called 'Rcpp'
