#149 save_csv should ignore spaces at the beginning of name

e.g.
df save_csv my_df
produces a file named " my_df", since only one space after save_csv is skipped. This is quite surprising.
Dunno if feature or bug, and not sure if it appies more generally than to just save_csv.
