#21 diy instructions formatting

when DIY instructions are displayed EM automatically
makes it a bulleted list with one bullet per mod line,
eating any preceding spaces. It would be more usefull
if it was displayed as preformatted text <pre>? or
perhaps allow html there? this would make it easier to
organize complex instructions. thanks !
