#20 More Security

Visitors are able to access site.com/phpbb/admin/mods
as well as site.com/phpbb/admin/mods/mod-name

I think this is a security issue, and there should be
at least a warning to delete php sql commands (install
files), or blank index.html file created by EasyMOD in
each of the mod folders, as well as the /mods folder.
