#10 Previous/Next links

After using EasyMoblog for a while, I miss 'Previous/Next' links,
both in the home page and in the item view. In think the current
setup (a fixed number of items in the home page, without other
way to see more items except the calendar), may give visitors the
wrong impression that there are no more posts available.
