#24 $current_timestamp not defined in topic.php

$current_timestamp isn't defined in topic.php, so when
you use the topic view and you have the calender
module enabled, you get some php errors.

For lack of time to figure out a better way to fix it, I just
copied the Current_Timestamp block from index.php and
added it to the top of topic.php
