#19 Handling of character sets

I'm having trouble with 'foreign' (i.e. non-ASCII) character sets in
EasyMoblog. Any accented character that I enter via the admin
forms (in the 'intro' and 'footer' sections, as well as in actual posts)
either gets not displayed or breaks the page. Sometimes, including
a foreign character in a field makes the system ignore the whole
modification.

Email-submitted posts give the same problem, depending on the
combination of email clients.
