#11 Picture Upload fails if EM is not installed in Root-Dir

As posted in the Help-Forum, now identified as bug (I
think)

The Upload of Pictures fails with error:
It only happens if I use EasyMoblog _not_ in the 'root'
directory.
If I use http://mud.vienna360.net/ as base-path, the
Upload will work correct.
If I use http://www.vienna360.net/mobl/ as basepath
(wich is the same directory and the same installation))
the error

"ERROR Errors:
- You must upload a jpg, gif or png image"

happens!
(the right path in the settings at both times, tried with
Use path Info on an off in both cases).
