fixed bugs : concerning additions
welcome message displayed in textBox when this option is selected in export to html window
fixed bug : when new entry window is closed using X, new entry isn't removed
fixed bug : undo-function doesn't work
ATOM feeds now do have updated tag
config_language now uses new system
about_language and error_messages now use new system
