I've search into eclipse.tools.ve and found this discussion about VE "VE
out of Eclipse Europa ?"

Erik Hecht released a great version (non official build
<http://www.ehecht.com/eclipse_ve/ve.html> ) of Ve works good to me in
eclipse, so can you add this release to eclipse distro ?
