Yes I tried many resource bundles and i found ResourceBundle Editor 
<http://sourceforge.net/projects/eclipse-rbe/> is the best.

Editor <http://sourceforge.net/projects/eclipse-rbe/> is best choice.

Yes, it developing library, and i think it's benefit for SWT developers.

I tried to search in Eclipse Plugin Central

nothing, so i asked you if you know a plug-in solve this problem.
