It should run nicely whithout a hickup. EasyEclipse is entitrely self contained and both should run side by side. -- Cheers Philippe http://easyeclipse.org - http://phpeclipse.net - http://eclipse.org/atf - http://eclipse.org/vep - http://labs.jboss.org/drools/ - http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/XULRunner -----Original Message----- From: eas...@li... Hello, I have been using EasyEclipse (for PHP) for the past year and I love it. I currently have a new laptop and have installed IBM Websphere Commerce development environment which uses IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD) Version 6.0 for Windows and this is powered by Eclipse 3.0.1. My question is: If I install EasyEclipse on my new laptop, will it conflict with RAD? Can I run the 2 side-by-side and simultaneously, including separate workspaces and plugins? Or is it only possible to run one version of Eclipse at a time? My only other option is to use RAD for PHP development instead of EasyEclipse L Many thanks, Ryan |
