After testing easyeclipse i discovered that it's help content hasn't SWT
API doc!
So how i can include SWT API doc in help content?
Another thing.... i think it's better to add this component to whole
Java distributions:
* SWT API doc.
* Javadoc (you added full JDK package, and i wondered why you didn't
add javadoc too).
* Tutorial, Articles, tips, sliders, PDFs from eclipse.org
Important remark:
I was using JBuilder then eclipse (yoxos distro), all of then has full
help content as i suggested upward, i think this is very important point
for help content.
/For example/: i was learn about PDE from help content in yoxos distro,
cuz it's included many good articles from eclipse.org, and after using
easyeclipse i forced to open the Internet for saving needed articles
which talking about PDE ... that's very bad.

I'm using *easyeclipse-desktop-java-1.2.1*
What you say about this:

Bashir: The focus of the desktop Java distro is more towards Swing. Do you think we should have only one distro for desktop and plugin development? The problem is that we are always trying to get smaller, more specialized distros. In any case, if you try the Plugin warrior: http://www.easyeclipse.org/site/distributions/plugin-warrior.html you will get the PDE and SWT api doc, I think. Bashir wrote: >ok... but how i can get eclipse.org articles into help content? That sould be reasonably Easy :-) 1/ I would create a plugin using the plugin wizard and the samepl Help plugin. 2/ I would collect all those articles (preferrably from CVS, not saved web pages) and the attachments, images and so on, and put those insisde the plugin in a fodler 3/ I would adjust the help table of content XML files to list (and eventually organize in a hierarchy) those articles. 4/ Just release the plugin :-) --=20 Cheers Philippe http://easyeclipse.org - http://phpeclipse.net - http://eclipse.org/atf -----Original Message----- From: eas...@li...
