Created a new branch for Eclipse 3.5.
Branch is based on BRANCH_P2_WIP_IN_BRANCH_ECLIPSE_34 and the tag for the
branch T_ROOT_BRANCH_ECLIPSE_35_IN_P2_WIP
New branch name is BRANCH_ECLIPSE_35_IN_P2_WIP.
