#143 Qt Designer plugin

Trolltech announced a while ago the developement of a plugin to design Qt C++ applications in Eclipse.
It would be great if you could create a C/C++ distribution with Qt, or release it as a plugin for the current distributions you offer.
The plugin is on RC yet, but apparently it works fine...
