I installed Easyeclipse LAMP for Windows. No errors during install. No errors during startup. Nothing more done.
How do I code a 'Hello World' in Perl?
How do I code a 'Hello World' in PHP?
I am a newbie ( 1 month experience) in programming. I never used a IDE before. My method until today: write with notepad and execute from command line. But now I have to deal with mysql and apache (and perl scripts and php code). BUT HOW??? How do I have so setup the settings?

Well... you have a point, a very good one. We do not have that stuff yet.
In the meantime you still have the plugins documentation that you can get to from http://easyeclipse.org from each plugin web page.
As you are moving along, would you want to write those? :-p
It could be either a sample project, or a screencast, or better a written intro.

Well... you have a point, a very good one. We do not have that stuff yet.
