I go to easyeclipse.org. There I find packages that bundle in Eclipse 3.3. A "news" blurb says 3.4 is now included (but in which bundles isn't mentioned). That is dated way back in April 2009 - over a year ago. Eclipse is now up to version 3.6. What happened? This project lose steam and stall?
