#97 5-way nav support for graph table

The graph table can't be scrolled using up and down on
the 5-way nav.
I'm guessing this has something to do with Palm's
control focus
system; it's probably stealing the button presses.
Along with using up
and down to scroll, mapping left and right to the
on-screen buttons for
scrolling the table would be useful.
