#107 Adding HP12cPt financials

I've got code working under Free42 for essentially all of HP12cPt functionality, plus some enhancements.

Also have TVM working w/ odd-period payments (a delay until the first payment which carries interest).

The code can be delivered in the form of formulas or C code. Are you interested?
