#4 Financial report monitor

QUESTION :
I am writing to let you know that there is a problem in our system relating to the financial report monitor because many times when the status of the report says "initial" it should actually be "approved". Also, sometimes the status is initial and the client has not entered any numbers. This makes it hard for us to track which reports need to be checked, which ones have not been submitted, etc. Essentially, we have to go report by report checking what status they are really in.This problem may also be affecting the Quarterly Servicer Certificate for BOMS 1. We have a few MFIs who have not filled in January 2007 (I think three) but the report seemed to think there were many more, and when we tried to update to January it would not work for a couple, (this part may be that we have approved the reports recently so we will check in the next few hours.Also, Morgan Stanley has requested the servicer certificate as soon as we have this so they can use this on their presentations to investors. And would request that this information be all through the same month. Is is possible to set up the macro to provide the data through December for all MFIs to them?
