Easy C++ STL Container Streaming

Include TSContainer.h if you wish to add stream capabilities to the C++ STL containers deques, lists, maps, queues, sets, stacks, and vectors. All listed containers may use strings as objects anywhere other objects can be used. One of the more interesting features is that one can save the contents of one type of container to a stream and retrieve the contents into a different type of container.
