#2 Improve Form Component Generation

1. Remove from the FieldEditorComponent in to a new class
2. Make the type --> UIComponent mapping done via
spring instead of a big if statement
3. Make the type --> Validator mapping done via spring
4. Make the type --> Converter mapping done via spring
5. Make the Component generator implement an interface
that allows for other generators to be added
6. Change the registry to configure the built in
generator as the Default generator
