EAP-IKEv2: New release 0.1.1 available!

New version of libeap-ikev2 has been released. This version adds support for CERT REQ payload processing and has simplified internal structure.

Furthermore, patches supplied with library are ported to the newest versions of freeRADIUS (v1.1.2) and wpa_supplicant (v0.5.4).
