I have library parts with extra information in layers 51 and 52. For one part, there are some hash-lines and labels for the Hi-Voltage area and the Low-Voltage area. The hash-lines appear, the text does not. The text is Vector font, but I also tried proportional.

Here's the top/bottom view in Eagle, as well as the Eagle.brd file, and the FreeCAD file.
