Opened BRD file does not center silkscreen on footprints?

I have using FreeCad 0.16 version with script and all is working great
except silkscreen NAME and VALUE, settings in assign model -> Other X
parameter does not have effect on font.

So how to fix this when i open board so that in FreeCAD silkscreen text
NAME and VALUE is centered?

I resolve problem, on opening brd i need to check to calculate name and value from settings..now is centered-
