Hi,
at bug report #33 I mentioned that all layers flyes cca 30 um over the base board thus there is no possibility to have pins and vias cutted thru by the base board holes. Please see attached screenshots and gEDA PCB file. The pins and vias needs to be maked transparent to see some holes belongs to them. I don't know how it was done by you that you have holes cut within posted screenshot at bug report #27 but evert time I open the gEDA PCB board there all holes are hidden under pins and vias.
That's all for now. Hope you are not overloaded by my foundings. :-}
Cheers George.

Hello,
lets start ;).

Because I turned it off in your version - file PCBobjects.py. That's why everything works now. It looks like function which I used to cut holes don't work properly on 64 bit version of FreeCAD.
Holes are not (at this moment) cut out in paths - it takes to much time.
