    Hi,

When I run the app, I receive the following error:

    $ eaglemode
X Error of failed request:  BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)
Major opcode of failed request:  130 (XFree86-VidModeExtension)
Minor opcode of failed request:  1 (XF86VidModeGetModeLine)
      Value in failed request:  0x27
Serial number of failed request:  202
Current serial number in output stream:  202

I don't know  where to start

    Thank you

I have no idea, but some questions:

Do you use some special screen or desktop feature like a twin view, remote view, composite manager…?

Did you compile Eagle Mode yourself or which packages did you install?

I would like to know your software versions, therefore please post the output of these three commands:

    uname -a
    lsb_release -a
xdpyinfo -ext all | grep '^[^[:space:]]'

I have released a new Eagle Mode version today. Please try it out. Maybe it fixes the X Error.

    Ah, OK, thank you Olha

but… Is possible run eaglemode in safe-mode or something similar?
I refer in vga mode, for example.

Perhaps, this would be a work-around from my problem.

    Best regards,
