If you could get a firefox compliant browser executing as a VcItem (ZUIFox?) you could then easily embed full featured "cloud computers" like what http://g.ho.st/ has -- not to mention the other things like gmail, google docs, gliffy, and all the other great online web apps that run fine in firefox.
Oh, and take a look at prism (https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Prism) for what the Mozilla group is called a "site specific browser" -- it allows a no-frills Gecko engine to render web applications without all the extra overhead of the normal firefox browser. It might be a better target for webapp launches over using the typical firefox.
