You can load eAccelerator in the cgi/cli version, hence the line in the
output. But eAccelerator will never initialize it's cache. eAccelerator
needs a process that keeps running and all other php processes that need
to access the cache have to be forked from the main process. Only
mod_php and php-fastcgi can offer that.
