#3 mail sending not possible

Mail sending does not work out of the box. Instead of using the default php mail sending function, ea-geier needs a port and host to send mails via a relay (?). This does not work at many providers (e.g. all-inkl.com).
Can this be done more easily?

Just enter your local server as smtp server (e.g. localhost). If you do not have an smtp server running, you can also create an account on google mail and use the smtp server provided by google ...
