#4 Hide edits until user is finished editing entry

People browsing entries shouldn't see an editor's current edits while the editor is editing (e.g. 'Click to edit this'), but saving everything back immediately means they currently can. This needs changing (make entries invisible while editors are editing them? create a temporary row in the table?)
