#53 Balance braces with #ifdefs in lib/ext2fs/gen_bitmap.c.
In lib/ext2fs/gen_bitmap.c, if OMIT_COM_ERR is defined, several pairs of braces will become unbalanced, leading to syntax errors. The patch moves the braces so that they'll be balanced whether or not OMIT_COM_ERR is defined.
This bug was found with cppcheck.
Patch against current git.
