#49 Add tool, that salvage free-blocks to file

For example, I accidentally deleted a file.

One of the ways to recover a file is to (issue sync() and press reset button | umount filesystem) and then examine all blocks marked as free.
It will be nice if it will possible to do that online.

On NTFS it is acheived by reading $FREE hidden file name.
