#35 provide possibility to enable -y at runtime
When checking a huge filesystem (without -y or -p) today, I ran into "some bad spots", and found myself pressing 'y' and later 'enter' a few thousand times - without seeing the end of it.
Please create the possibility to use 'a' or 'Y' to say yes to all remaining questions - this time, I had to restart e2fsck with -y, and knew I'd have to after the first thousand keypresses. By then, I new most (if not all) was lost, but most users could probably do with an additional safety question.
