#12 show perlcritic policy name in problems view

Sometimes you need to identify the perlcritic policy that caused a problem (e.g. when you want to exclude it in your perlcriticrc file or need to add this rule to a "## no critic" comment). This patch adds the critic policy shortname to the marker message. This is an example how it can look like:
