#38 Generate Unit Test Stub Code from subroutine

It would be very cool if we could select a subroutine
and have a unit test stub automaticaly generated. This
could also mean selecting a module file and getting
test stubs for all the methods (subroutines that take
$self as the first argument??)

The test stubs should use Test::More.

It is possible that this module could help:

    Problem is TIMTOWTDI. There are Test::Simple, Test::More, Test::Class etc. So it's hard to come up with a good test template. Instead I would suggest everyone to just write your own test template and save it as perl code template.
