I have several ideas on how to improve the current perl package outline.

1. First of all there's a parse bug: "use 5.006;" or any similar version requirement is not recognized as such. (see attached screenshot).
2. I'd like EPIC to show the base class in the outline
3. I'd like EPIC to show not only the modules I'm using but also the imported functions. Collecting this information could even help with autosuggest when I'm typing code.
