#132 Editor: use PPI for refactoring
The current refactoring feature is rather unuseful. Big improvement would be having Perl-PPI scripts for some common refactoring tasks - for example taking a look at some perlcritic rules and writing an equivalent transformation by using PPI (as Eclipse "QuickFix" feature or from context-menu Source > Refactoring)
.. I'm still fan of this, and we actually developed a PerlCritic-based refactoring tool in our company based on this idea (unfortunately not open source), but with IDE integration this would rock alot more of course.. :)
